At SARHUB4TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make our refund and cancellation process as fair and transparent as possible.
- Cancellations will be accepted within 15 days of course purchase or subscription enrollment.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the user has already accessed more than 25% of the course content or downloaded any materials.
- For live classes or bootcamps, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the first live session begins.
- Full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is approved within the 15-day window and course usage is within the acceptable limits.
- No refunds will be provided:
- For courses accessed beyond 25%
- After the 15-day period from the date of purchase.
- If the subscription was taken under a promotional offer or discount, unless stated otherwise.
- If a user finds that the course content is not as described, or there are significant technical issues, the concern must be reported within 15 days of purchase. Our support team will investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution (refund, course switch, or credit).

For any third-party software or tools used within the course that are governed by the original provider’s terms, refund queries must be directed to them.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and returned via the original mode of payment.
